Cancellation and cancellation insurance

Of course it can happen that unforeseen circumstances arise. Cancellation can be an unwelcome necessity, both for you as our valued guests and for us as hosts. Therefore, we kindly ask your understanding that we do apply the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation up to the fourteenth day before your planned arrival is free of charge.
• In case of cancellation up to four days before arrival, we reserve the right to charge 30% of the total stay costs.
• In case of cancellation from the third day before arrival or in the event of late check-in or early check-out, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the total stay costs.

For group bookings (6 rooms or more), cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival. From 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount is due, and thereafter, 80% of the total stay costs.
